The title of Ana Lete's debut album, Eternal Hibernation, came about during a particularly cold winter day as Lete walked into a grocery store Starbucks kiosk for her shift.

"I remember saying, 'It's so cold outside. I wish I could go to sleep and hibernate forever,' then my coworker replied, 'like an eternal hibernation?' That's when the lightbulb went off and I said, 'That's the perfect title for my next album. I'm going to use that.'"

Later that day, Lete went home from her shift and wrote a two-part song called 'Random Thoughts // Eternal Hibernation' to round out the album.

The opening lines say it all and speaks to the themes of feeling stagnant- whether in a dead-end job, relationship, or dead winter - all while searching for a way toward a warmer season.

"Does it have to be a dead end? I cut off a dead limb. My heart hardened like ice on a power line What will it take to love me this time?" -- "Random Thoughts // Eternal Hibernation" (2020)

To close, Lete had this to express, "I thoroughly appreciate all the support everyone has given me over the past 10 years and hope that Eternal Hibernation is the first album of many.
